Storkyrkan, the cathedral of Stockholm
This church is first mentioned in writing in 1279 and became a Lutheran Protestant church in 1527. Today it represents the cathedral of Stockholm. The interior holds many unique artefacts; the most famous being the statue of St. George and the Dragon made in wood by Berndt Notke in 1489.
