At this unique silk mill, you learn about the history of Jaquard´s invention in 1804 and how the fifth generation of Almgrens still today create silk fabrics for palaces and manors. Today this silk mill is one of the oldest preserved industrial milieus in Scandinavia and the only remaining mill north of the Alps.
