Currency, payment, terms: All reservations are charged in local currency (SEK). Foreign currency rates are based on today's bank rates and are shown to give you a rough idea. Payment is always to us, never to the hotel. Click here for terms of contract.

Hotell classification system: Hotels offered in the Stockholm à la Carte hotel packages are classified by us for 1-5 stars. We have classified the hotels from the perspective of their services, standard, traveller ratings from guests and our own experiences.


Children: Children 0 - 12 years will receive a free rollaway bed in the room of the parent(s), free breakfast and a free city card Stockholm à la Carte at all hotels where rooms are of sufficient size. Kids 13 - 17 years pay only SEK 199 per night for a roll-away bed, breakfast and the city card Stockholm à la Carte.

Long weekends: Thursday nights will be offered at full rate at most hotels.

Minutes to downtown: We show the travelling time by the fastest available public transportation, door to door, counting the time needed to walk to the nearest station or bus stop. Downtown is defined as the small one square kilometer area between Kungsgatan-Birger Jarlsgatan and the waterfront. Within this area are all department and other major stores, the financial and government districts and communications centres such as the central railway station and the city air terminal. For hotels inside of this area, we show '0' as the distance.
